Flax Flowers (linum) represent the home, kindness and fate. Legend says that the goddess Holda lured a poor farmer into a cave on a mountain top. Once in the cave she appeared as a beautiful queen surrounded by maids, precious stones and gold. She then asked the farmer to name one gift of his choice, the farmer then asked her for the flowers in her hand. She gave him a bag of the flax seeds and taught the farmer how to make linen cloth from the plants.

Flax Flowers are blue with is associated with the number 7, the number of awareness, studious, knowledge and understanding.
