My lovely planner is filled with bits of inspiration, this week particularly inspiring for myself. It reads:

I recently watched a video that talked about how stress effects the brain, continuous stress can cause depression, anxiety, lead to alzheimer's and can actually shrink your brain! Those are in more extreme cases but it made me think about my inner monologue and how I talk to myself as well as how I react to certain situations. Then today when I read that in my planner it served as a reminder to not get hung up on the little things in life that don't particularly matter in the long run.
